The Art of Juggling Work and Mummy Duties
I may not be working in a typical office where I have to work from 9 o’clock in the morning until six in the evening but I know how it is to juggle multiple tasks in a daily basis. I work as a fulltime mother to my seven-year old son, wife to my husband and the overall in-charge of my various online businesses. I get tired too, just like any other mothers out there working in a 9 to 6 job. But unlike some of them, I am happy and still have plenty of time to spend playing with my son and chatting with my husband.

Cutting Down On TV Time – Have You Made Your Stand?
You will probably agree with me that cutting down on TV time is one of the hardest habits to eliminate. In fact, even your kids will protest if you try to impose a strict rule and schedule in watching television. Some parents do not bother about this issue but I personally believe that watching television can do more harm than good to our kids.
I would like to reiterate some of the pros and cons of too much TV watching based on my personal views.

Happy Christmas From Confessions Of A Working Mum
Happy Christmas from Confessions Of A Working Mum and I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year. As you read this blog post I will be enjoying some chilled buzz fizz and finishing off the Christmas dinner and enjoying a lovely family Christmas.
To me being a working mum has lots of rewards and one of them is even though I work hard I can enjoy the Christmas season with my family. My son is nine now so it is a great chance to spend some quality time with him and play with his new toys.

Madeleine McCann Search – Fresh Out Of Sympathy
I remember like many other people the night when Madeleine McCann disappeared from her families apartment in the sunny Algarve in may 2007. As a parent myself I felt absolutely heartbroken for them and felt there couldn’t be anything else worse that could happen to you on holiday.
It soon became media crazy and we soon were treated to all the facts (and some nasty none truths along the way). This was at the point when I turned and I was no longer full of sympathy due to the behaviour of the parents Kate & Gerry McCann. Even when I digged really deep I really struggled to take their side and felt like what they had done was totally out of order and still do.

Getting Ready For Christmas – Less Than Six Weeks To Go
I’m sure that you don’t need me to remind you that Christmas is just around the corner, it seems to come around quicker every year and no matter how much you decide to put it to the back of your mind, it really will be far less stressful if you get ready for it instead of leaving it until the last minute.

The School Playground For The Mums
You may think that when you leave school those days of play ground traumas are over for good, well they probably are, that is until your children start primary school and then you will find yourself thrust back into the world of back biting, cruel comments and gangs, only this time it is the parents who wait outside of the school for their children who are the culprits, not the children themselves.

Are DVD Certificates Getting Too Harsh
As a big film lover there is nothing more enjoyable to me than to relax after a hard day at the computer and sit down to watch a film on DVD. I absolutely love films and it would be safe to say that there are not many of the more well known films that I haven’t seen.
I was asked an interesting question the other day though, and that was ‘Are DVD certificates getting too harsh’. To be honest, it is not really something that I have paid much attention to because if I am getting a film for myself and my husband, as we are both over 18 I don’t really even look at the certification but if I am getting DVD for my young son, it is a completely different matter and I abide by the certification to the letter.
