Happy Christmas From Confessions Of A Working Mum
Happy Christmas from Confessions Of A Working Mum and I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year. As you read this blog post I will be enjoying some chilled buzz fizz and finishing off the Christmas dinner and enjoying a lovely family Christmas.
To me being a working mum has lotsĀ of rewards and one of them is even though I work hard I can enjoy the Christmas season with my family. My son is nine now so it is a great chance to spend some quality time with him and play with his new toys.

Bero – My Miracle In The Kitchen
I can’t begin to count how many times my Be-Ro has pulled me out of a sticky situation in the kitchen and when I tell people this I find it absolutely amazing that many of them just don’t have an idea what I’m talking about.
Well, a Be-Ro is a recipe book unlike any other. I can remember making cakes with my Grandmother and the Be-Ro book was always open, usually covered in flour but always referred to when baking cakes, even though my Grandmother is a brilliant cook, she would never consider baking anything without recurring to the Be-Ro, or the bible as she often called it.
Madeleine McCann Search – Fresh Out Of Sympathy
I remember like many other people the night when Madeleine McCann disappeared from her families apartment in the sunny Algarve in may 2007. As a parent myself I felt absolutely heartbroken for them and felt there couldn’t be anything else worse that could happen to you on holiday.
It soon became media crazy and we soon were treated to all the facts (and some nasty none truths along the way). This was at the point when I turned and I was no longer full of sympathy due to the behaviour of the parents Kate & Gerry McCann. Even when I digged really deep I really struggled to take their side and felt like what they had done was totally out of order and still do.
